I just cleansed my mom’s apartment with some white sage and other herbs. I bought this cleanser at a Native American store in the flea market. On the wood that holds the shell which in turn holds the white sage that I burn, it says “The Trail Where We Cried” in the Cherokee language and the year 1839 when the trail ended. It came with a replica of an eagle feather to waft around the scented smoke.

I think the cleansing went well I just have to be more comfortable in using the instrument and all. Especially lighting it, lol. I’m a bit scared of fire anyhow so at least the first time it went good.

If anyone uses something like this to cleanse your house or wherever, let me know, even if it’s just smudging a sage stick. I’d like to know how to put this to full use. I don’t think it went as well either because I wasn’t alone; for some reason when I’m alone I’m more comfortable with praying out loud and exercising my will.

Well we’ll see if it calmed down any of the restless spirits that have recently come within my apartment who will either be leaving, moving on, or revealing their purpose to me within the next few hours.
